Duties/Responsibilities

· Ensure the production of finished products meet the quality specifications and standards by supporting the process development and control procedures in compliance with the manufacturing engineers and production managers.

· Responsible for training, maintenance, and being consistent with the QA activity and process with the organization’s improvement program.

· Responsible for training the quality principles and system requirements of the organization.

· Analyze the data to produce quality reports.

· Review the customer complaints and evaluate the short- and long-term corrective actions.

· Maintain collaboration with the Tech service for assistance with customers with quality problems or concerns.

· Support and coordinate the control of the quality of products through inspection of the quality plans by testing techniques.

· Responsible for incoming, in process, and final inspection.

· Meet United Tool, LLC requirements to work with suppliers.

· Responsible to maintain gage and tool calibration.

· Responsible for Quality Control (ISO QMS)

· Responsible to be Management Representative for ISO 9001 certification.

· Responsible to identify, train, and coordinate the internal auditors for ISO 9001 compliance and manage the ISO corrective and preventative action process for resolution.

· Responsible for maintaining the organization’s quality documentation procedure and coordinate management review of the quality procedure with senior management.

· Communicate with the customers, suppliers, and employees in a constructive manner.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Experience as a management representative for an ISO 9001 organization.

· Experience with the Continuous Improvement, Quick Response Manufacturing (QRM), and the Lean or Six Sigma.

· Preferred not required a Bachelor’s degree in engineering with five years of related quality experience in a manufacturing environment.

· Be detail oriented, problem-solving skills, and can prioritize multiple assignments.

· Ability to operate standard office equipment and be proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
